How's that for rhyming? Well, I didn't mean to make it rhyme, but it did anyway. Oh well. So I am a really funny story. And this post will be in a way kind of short. And picture-less.

I'm an (unofficial) aunt
Yes, that is an interesting title. I know. Let's explain how it's unofficial. My boyfriend's brother's wife (yeah I could have gone the easy way out and said sister in-law but this was more fun) just had a baby this morning. Considering I have been dating my boyfriend for 4 years now, and his family treats me like I'm part of their family, I feel like an unofficial aunt considering I am not part of the family by blood or law relation. Anyway, this post is in dedication to the newborn and his parents. May their family be super happy, and enjoy this recipe! :)

Peeling Apples without a peeler is not easy
Yes, today's blog post has to do with peeling apples. So if you wish to do this recipe, you can without a peeler, but it will make your life soooooooo much easier with one. Trust me. I've done it without, and it's not fun.

Hooray for accomplishments!
So today I made my first impressive accomplishment. It had something to do with today's dessert item. Wait until you see.

What to Do with all those leftovers
You have a ton of leftovers in your fridge. I know you do. From unused egg whites to yolks to cream cheese to strawberries. You can take all of those leftovers and use them for a yummy snack. Or if you are making something (like the lava cakes, see post here) where you will have leftover egg whites, or egg yolks (depending on what you make, egg yolks will be leftover from something like an angel food cake), then don't throw them out, that's such a waste. Use them later. Store them in a cup or some other storing item, cover it and place it in the fridge. I recommend not leaving the stuff there for too long, it might go bad, but if you leave it there for a day or two and then use it to make the next yummy treat, it will be completely fine to use.
101 uses for chocolate.
Ok, so I lied. This post will not have 101 uses for chocolate. But one day, maybe, if I build up my blog post library enough, I will have 101 uses listed, or even more. This is only one use for chocolate for now, but it is delicious and a must have for anyone and everyone who loves to bake. I say this is a slightly more advanced recipe because of how delicate the baking process is, but if you are a beginner and you follow instructions well, then you won't have a problem with it.
